Orson Alma Mortensen, son of Andrew Daniel Mortensen and Christina Lauritz Gregersen, was born on 14 February 1911 in Glendale, Franklin, Idaho. Orson married Gwen P. Call on 4 December 1934. Orson died 23 June 1998 in Hamilton, Ravalli, Montana.
Orson and Gwen are the parents of 9 children.
